Risks of Second-hand mobile

There are many risks to consider before buying second-hand mobile devices the main being security, though there are many pros on buying a second-hand phone, the most important thing is that you will be saving a lot of money. (for people in India)
But in this blog, I would like to focus on the cons or negative aspects,  the Risks involved in buying a second-hand mobile phone

Legal Caution-Risks involved in buying a second-hand mobile devices

Caution-If the people are genuine then both parties are safe. But the question arises when it’s a subject of misuse. It’s highly risky for the owner and the buyer as well. Which posses higher-security risk.

There are cases where the person who had purchased the second-hand phone from the owner has misused and the cyber team has traced the first owner and there were a lot of complications which led to unnecessary trouble and also the vice versa. So it is absolutely necessary to take steps before it is too late from your reach.

Tip- An agreement with Necessary details, SERIAL NO & IMEI NO

(or)

You can take a photocopy of a Valid Government Id proof (which contains address in it) from both the parties mentioning the SERIAL NO & IMEI NO of the phone along with the signatures of the parties involved (to eliminate the risk)

For the Seller, take his photocopy containing the above-mentioned details (SERIAL NO & IMEI NO of the phone) saying that I am selling this phone to Customer name bearing SERIAL NO & IMEI NO of the phone along with the signature. (to avoid the risk)

what is Vehicle insurance- and the Terms and condition that you would encounter during Vehicle insurance

what is Vehicle insurance- and the Terms and condition that you would encounter during Vehicle insurance

Vehicle insurance

Vehicle insurance protects you against financial loss if you have an accident. It is a contract between you and the insurance company. You agree to pay the premium and the insurance company agrees to pay your losses as defined in your policy. It’s a protection against physical damage or bodily injury resulting from traffic collisions and against liability that could also arise therefrom. Vehicle insurance may additionally offer financial protection against as theft of the vehicle, and against damage to the vehicle sustained from events other than traffic collisions, such as keying and damage sustained by colliding with stationary objects.

Terms and condition that you would encounter during Vehicle insurance

list of important vehicle insurance terms you will definitely come across when buying or renewing motor insurance.

  1. Insured Declared Value (IDV)

One of the most commonly used insurance claim terms, IDV is the current market value of your vehicle.
IDV refers to the highest sum payable by the insurer for a vehicle insurance policy. It is thus the maximum amount you can claim in case of total loss of your vehicle, for instance, if it gets stolen or damaged beyond repair.
Tip: Refrain from quoting an IDV lower than the actual market value of your car. Though you may think that would allow you to pay less premium, it may also result in you receiving inadequate compensation.
  1. Own Damage Premium

This is the premium you pay to avail an insurance cover equal to the IDV and forms a major part of your total motor insurance premium.
ODP insures your vehicles against losses caused by events outside of your control. This includes natural disasters like earthquakes and tornadoes, as well as man-made calamities like fires and explosions.
Tip: The ODP differs according to the model, cubic capacity, geographical zones, etc. of the vehicle so make sure you specifically ask about it.
  1. Zero Depreciation Cover

When you make motor insurance claims, standard insurance policies deduct depreciation on replaced parts. However, if you opt for a Zero Depreciation cover, insurance companies waive off depreciation on such replaced parts, which means that you get a higher claim amount.
Tip: This cover is generally only applicable to the first few motor insurance claims. Thus, though it may demand a steeper premium, it’s advisable to opt for it given that the claim amount is considerably higher.
  1. No Claim Bonus (NCB)

One of the most commonly used vehicle insurance terms, this is essentially the discount you become eligible for when you have not made a claim in the previous year- kind of like a reward for the prudent use of your vehicle. This discount considerably lowers the insurance premium you need to pay when you’re renewing the policy.
Since the NCB discount amount can be quite large- starting* at 20% for the 2nd year and up to 50% for the 6th year, it’s worth refraining from registering a claim for minor damages, and instead of holding out for the NCB.
Tip: The NCB can generally be transferred from one insurance company to the other but is only allowed if the policy is renewed within 90 days of the expiry of the previous policy, so make sure you claim it as soon as possible.
  1. Third Party Cover

Another popular insurance claim term that is used is Third Party cover. This cover protects the vehicle owner against any financial liability as a result of death, physical injury or damage to the property of a third party. The term’ third party’ is used because the beneficiary of the policy is someone other than the two parties involved in the contract i.e. the vehicle owner and the insurance company.
A victim can thus file a third party cover claim against the owner of the vehicle, and the latter’s insurer will pay for this claim on their behalf.
Tip:  According to Indian Law, third party cover is mandatory when you’re buying a car, so to ensure that it’s a part of your contract with your insurer.
  1. Personal Accident Cover

Beyond just your vehicle, Personal Accident Cover financially safeguards you against unforeseen events causing bodily harm, such as Accidental Death or Permanent Total Disability arising due to a road accident.
Tip: Not every motor insurance policy includes personal accident cover so it’s absolutely essential you make sure yours does.
So, the next time you’re buying or renewing your motor insurance, keep this simple glossary of vehicle insurance terms handy so you don’t feel cheated or played on.

UFC 218: Holloway vs. Aldo 2

UFC 218: Holloway vs Aldo 2,coming this week has a great match card lined up for its UFC Fans. It’s going to be Holloway vs. Aldo 2

The match card at UFC 218 is as follows and will be held on December 2, 2017 at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan USA.

FeatherweightMax Holloway (c)vs.José Aldo
HeavyweightAlistair Overeemvs.Francis Ngannou
FlyweightHenry Cejudovs.Sergio Pettis
LightweightEddie Alvarezvs.Justin Gaethje
Women’s StrawweightTecia Torresvs.Michelle Waterson

In this article, I will share my opinion and views on the main fight featuring the current UFC Featherweight champion Max Holloway vs  José Aldo 2 at UFC  218

Max Holloway heads into the UFC main event having previously beaten Jose Aldo. He would be defending the title again against the highly technical and talented Jose Aldo. Max Holloway has a record of 18 wins-3 losses, while Aldo has a record of 26 wins -3 losses.
In the previous match between Max Holloway vs  José Aldo
Aldo in the opening round waited in the middle of the Octagon for Holloway to engage. Even though  Aldo had almost got Holloway shaken in the first round with a serious of punches in round 1 with the cheering fans from his fellow country Brazil, he couldn’t  take Holloway down and he was able to recover and protect himself from Aldo.
While the first round was Aldo’s, Holloway came out with a lot more determination in the second round and took the match to Aldo and won the round.
In the third round, Holloway looked composed as the momentum in the fight started to shift. He went on the attack, with Aldo backing away feeling tired in the third round. Holloway  started putting in the combinations and took the fight to a whole new level, showing the fans what he was capable of in the octagon. Finally, Holloway unleashed a nasty four-punch combination in rapid-fire fashion and ending the match with the referee stopping the match.

Coming this Dec 2, 2017. UFC 218: Holloway vs. Aldo 2- The rematch between them is what all the UFC fans will be looking for and the match card doesn’t seem to disappoint the fans.
While Aldo has said that he would defeat Holloway and become the champ and therefore set a trilogy to the fight. It could be possible if Jose Aldo could bring back his leg kicks and his relentless pressure on his opponents with constant movement and punches which the veteran his known off.
Max, on the other hand, looks confident going into the fight, the fans also admire the guts and the passion that he is known for, as the match was initially between Jose Aldo Vs Frankie Edgar, but as Edgar was injured and Max Holloway never thought twice to step in. Holloway has a lot of weapons in his armor including kicks, combinations, lethal punches and also a good ground game. Although it’s going to be a close fight, its sure would keep the audience on the edge of the seat. I personally believe that Holloway has an edge in this match.

Things Nobody Told You About Football and it’s history HISTORY OF FOOTBALL, ABOUT FOOTBALL – LEARN MORE BY VIMAL THILAK
Football is world’s favorite game. It’s called soccer in the United States and Canada.
It is a team sport played between two teams of eleven players each with a spherical ball. It is played in 200 countries. The game is played on a rectangular field with a goal at each end of the pitch. The object of the game is to score at the opposite Goal end.
Players are not allowed to touch the ball with their hands or arms while it is in play, goalkeepers can use their hands and they guard the goal by not letting the goal at their post end. The team with the higher goal than the opponent is the winner. If at the end of the time, the score is level then either a draw is called or the game runs into extra time or a penalty shootout depending on the format of the competition. The match is officiated by 4 referees. 2 linesmen at each half of the pitch to decide on the offside and foul committed and one field referee who runs on the field. The other is the one who initiates and monitors the extra time of the play and who initiates the substitution
A standard adult football match consists of two half’s of 45 minutes each, known as halves. Each half is played continuously; the clock is not stopped when the ball is out of play. There is generally a 15-minute half-time break between halves. The end of the match is known as full-time. The referee is the official timekeeper for the whole match.

Christmas Blog - Christmas in Bangalore,India during the 20th Century- then and now

In this Christmas blog, I would like to share my experiences of the Christmas season over the years from my childhood.

I was born in the generation between the ’80s and ’90s in Bangalore, India. Where there was less Digital technology. Christmas was celebrated in a different manner back then. There was more gathering of people and a bit old-styled look to the festival, unlike today where there are less physical affection and more of spending money lavishly, diminishing the spirit of Christmas.
The people during our times were more into Outdoor games like cricket, football, basketball, hockey, etc and into extracurricular activities. Most of the houses had a Television with DD network and a BSNL telephone. We were glued to a few programs, particularly during the weekends. There were good shows back then.

Just before the start of December people would hang the stars on the outside and would get the cribs ready for the Christmas season for Christmas decor. People would build cribs on their own with hay, wood, and cardboards.

Before the start of Christmas, there would be people going from one house to the other singing carols and in turn praying for their families and distributing gifts, calendars, and other merchandise. Most of the schools and colleges will be shut until the next year for holidays. Children’s would be a happier lot as they would enjoy with their friends and families.

Men, woman and their families would spend their time shopping for clothes, gifts, and other Christmas decor to celebrate Christmas.
Grandmothers and their daughters-in-law would prepare Christmas delicacies like cookies, chaklis, rose cookies and other such amazing mouth-watering dishes which would last an entire month or more as people prepared to cook themselves rather than buying it , unlike nowadays. Some would also bake their own tasty cakes, pies and muffins which people would give it to their neighbors.
Christmas in India generally falls during winter, It’s a season of good food, partying, playing, meeting our friends and family followed by good sleep as it falls during winter. In the 80’s and ’90s, people lived a slow-paced life, people would interact with neighbors and other people of the locality. Men would start the day with a drink of coffee or tea, sitting on a couch or man-made stone benches reading the newspaper followed by going to offices or doing their own business. They would leave offices by 5.30 or 6.00 pm and would reach home earlier, many would travel by Buses, cycles, scooters, etc. Our parents were very systematic people, who valued morals, respected each other, were honest and believed in hard work. we were privileged to have lived in that time frame as we happened to see and witness two generations ie 90’s and the 20th century (the year 2019 ).
Traffic was something that was unheard of, roads would be surrounded by various trees and plants. There were only a few traffic signals back then, I still remember there would be a traffic cop sitting inside the sheltered signal monitoring the traffic manually. There were no Major digital technology application unlike nowadays, Back then the number of people living here were less, Due to the IT revolution the entire Bangalore, India is transformed into a crowded place where there is fewer trees and playgrounds. It’s become more of a concrete jungle. Likewise, we can’t blame the people moving in as they come here to earn and make a living.
Mobile phones were not present, only a few houses had Phone Landlines. People would use Phone landlines to convey very important messages. I still remember that the neighbors around would use our phone number to share the same with their family members to communicate in case of any urgency. We would take our cycles and go to our Christian friends’ home to enjoy food delicacies, play with them and help them with the decoration for Christmas. Back then we used to visit our friends, other places and stand and call out their names, accordingly the person or the family members would respond to us. Back then everything was beautiful, we were connected to each other, Now I use the smartphones, we have many numbers on our contact list but you can’t meet them as most of them are busy and aren’t available. I believe although the technology has brought interaction closer, it has made us live Farrer from each other. I sometimes believe that we live artificial lives has many live a stress-filled life chasing money and other luxurious things of life which I see it as less significant. Our parents were healthy and lived a healthy life. The food was cooked at home, people used to pack their food to homes. People rarely used to eat outside, except for people who were served food in the respective office’s canteens. Now I see various restaurants and hotels at various corners and streets, I always believed people cooked healthy food hygienically at homes, Although I sometimes do eat outside or order food online, I always prefer home-cooked food.
Most neighbouhood had fewer Christians, as Most of the people belonged to Hindu faith. There were pockets of christian people in few localities. I was always fascinated with Christians and their families, I found them very helpful, sharing love, caring and helping the poor etc

Brief History of Christmas-

Christmas which falls in the month of December is a holiday of celebration. It a season of very high significance for many people belonging to the Christian faith(Christianity). Christmas is to acknowledge, remember, honor and respect the savior of this world, Jesus Christ birth. Who was sent by the Lord as a sacrifice for the sins of every Humans. Christians have always contributed to the overall development of the country. They have established several prominent hospitals, colleges, school, Institutions for which people give preference to, old age homes, rehabilitation centers, homes to the poor, free food for the needy to name a few.

During our school days in the 2000’s just before the start of the month the teachers would pile up assignments for us to complete as we would get a good 7 to 10 days of holidays for Christmas. I and my friends would go and visit our friend’s home and enjoy the festive season. Back then most of the household had a cycle and the head of the family had a Two wheeler, Car was a luxury. We used to drive fearlessly in our cycles, as Bangalore was less crowded and our parents would not object.
We would spend hours and hours of time on the playground, as we had plenty of open places to play. We would call our friends or plan with them well in advance and would go to their homes to meet them in person. I would end up going to my Grandmother’s home in Cox town were there was a sizable Christian population, the house close by had a fully grown X-mass tree on which the decoration would be done. In the night I would end up gazing the stars and the decorated X-mas tree in awe and believe me these moments is something which is very memorable to me even now.

The People would attend the night and morning masses at churches along with their friends and families, the neighbors would then distribute plum cakes, chocolates, gifts and homemade Mutton /chicken biryani to the non-Christian families around on the eve of Christmas. The kids in our locality would enjoy by going to parks, street shopping, singing, and merrying. I remember walking to Coles Park on many occasions along with my aunt on many occasions to enjoy the nature and the peace that it once stood, we would see many people skating, the birds chirping, singing. People exercising, sitting, eating and ending in long conversions.
In our time we had good programs, premier of cartoons through which we learned the English language which in turn instilled values like honesty, patriotism, respect, hard work and other qualities which many of the people during our era would relate to. A few examples of cartoons during our era being GI Joe, Swat Kats, Johnny quest, Yogi bear, Top catHe-manTransformers, Dragon Ball-Z, Ninja robots, Birdman, Space Ghost, Teenage mutant ninja turtles to name a few. Also We would be glued to our TV’s feeling exhausted from playing sports. Most of the cartoons would reflect Christmas, which would feature Christmas related themes and Christmas movies and messages during the season of Christmas. And movie channels would reflect the same by premiering movies of Jesus and other Christmas oriented movies. The Joy of Christmas would continue to the end of December. Geographic Tongue Causes

The cause of geographic tongue is Although unknown. Some attribute this to emotional stress, psychological factors, Family hereditary, poor oral habits, allergies, diabetes and other hormonal disturbances.

Which are the Bacteria responsible for this condition?

The main bacteria that causes this disease is Helicobacter pylori bacteria.
Helicobacter pylori (h. pylori) is a type of bacteria. They enter in the digestive tract and live there, after many years, they can cause sores also called ulcers, in the lining area of the stomach or the upper part of your small intestine. For some causes it can lead to stomach cancer.
It is estimated that about two-thirds of the world’s population have helicobacter pylori in their bodies. They become infected as children and most cases will show no signs of infection for many years.
Consequently, individuals may realize that they are infected with H. pylori when they develop symptoms of stomach inflammation (gastritis) and/or ulcers, usually in their adult years.
This particular bacteria attack the lining of the stomach, the stomach lining is the one that protects us from the acid that the body produces which in turn helps in digesting food.
Once the bacteria has damaged the stomach lining, the acid can get through the lining, which leads to ulcers (peptic or stomach ulcer). which will lead to stomach bleeding, will result in infections.Helicobacter pylori enters the human body through food, water, or utensils. you can also pick up the bacteria through contact with the saliva or other body fluids of infected people.

Symptoms of Geographic tongue
The person suffering from Geographic tongue would have irritation and burning sensation of their tongue, causing them to consume water and fluids. They will experience bad breath from their mouth due to this disease, Also would experience irritation whenever they consume food, particularly hot, spicy foods. They tend to use the restroom frequently as a result of the consumption of fluids. Might experience a feeling of tiredness, weakness, bad stomach, indigestion, gastric issues, feeling hungry due to the generation of more acid in their stomach on most of the days.
The symptoms will last for a week to the entire life of the individual. The doctors don’t have a complete cure for the same. Many of the doctors would prescribe B-complex, iron supplements, vitamin tablets, antibiotics, mouthwash and gels to the patients. But believe me, it will only numb or will cease the pain for the moment or only for a few hours but will not offer any cure for the disease. I am telling so because of my own experience on the same as I am a Geographic Tongue survivor and am having this issue of Geographic tongue for nearly 10 Years.
Many people get panicked as they fear that they have cancer or it will end up in cancer. Although, they have a few cases that have been reported that have lead to cancer. The chances are very slim and you need not have to worry.
If you have the above condition then go no further as this would provide you the complete solution. Geographic tongue is harmless, it isn’t linked to any infection or cancer.
After thorough research and following these steps myself, I have found a natural cure for the same.
For people who can’t read my complete blog, I have made a video explaining the cure for the same. However, you can also read my complete and thoroughly researched work on the same.

My Painfull experience with Geographic Tongue, burning tongue, fissured tongue

I had this disease for the past 10 years. The trauma and the suffering which I underwent can’t merely be expressed by words.
  • I have run to and fro to various hospitals, the doctors themselves say that there is no cure. I have also been taking various medicines for the past decade. Which includes homeopathy, vaccines, tablets, etc. Also researched on the same and found out the healing myself with the help and understanding of the ayurvedic and naturopathy
  • I would have the burning sensation in my mouth till bedtime, white or yellow papillae formation on the tongue. I had to keep consuming water to avoid the pain. As a result, going to the restroom regularly for urination.
  • Sometimes people associate this disease to tobacco consumption, smoking and regular consumption of Alcohol, skipping meals or poor diet and heredity (ie. genetically passed down from my family tree). But I was a non-alcoholic, non-smoker. I would eat regularly and eat meat, vegetables, nuts, and fruits. As per my understanding, these are not the factors to it, although minorly it could be the reason. But not majorly
1% to 5% of the world population have this deadly disease. I am providing this article and the video of cure totally free! Free! Free!
I don’t want anyone to suffer from this disease and the trauma that I went through.

Whether you have Geographic Tongue or fissures on the (fissured) tongue or white patches or burning tongue, the natural treatment for it remains the same.

The steps for the cure are the same– The Natural treatment or steps to cure Are

Remedy 1 and the most important Always! Always! At any cost please use an organic toothpaste which has fewer chemicals ie which doesn’t contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Fluoride. In India, we have much toothpaste which is organic ie free from the harmful ingredients.
If you don’t have either of this available in your country then you can use charcoal or neem sticks for brushing.
This first step itself will enable the tongue and your digestive tract to heal.

Toothpaste is 80% the reason for getting the Geographic tongue. It is also speculated that the harmful chemicals present in the toothpaste-like sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium fluoride etc cause various diseases in human beings. This I found out upon my research. You can research on your own on this topic.

2) Garlic- The second most important remedy–

I have found Garlic very helpful in combating this condition. Take 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of salt add a few drops of water to form a thick paste, Use a brush or toothbrush and apply it on the infected area of the tongue. leave it for 5 minutes and then gargle with water and wash it off. This might cause pain or discomfort, but it will help to heal this disease quickly.
People who can’t do this can add 1-2 teaspoons of salt in lukewarm water and gargle it.( use as a mouth wash)
Do it for 3- 4 times a day after food.
